I was wondering if the train stops running from KIX to Kyoto after 9:30 or 10pm. Someone at my hotel led me to believe that it does.

I arrive from HKG at 21:05 and have to clear customs before jumping on the train to Kyoto. I should be in Kyoto between 10:30 and 11, right?
