Back when I was a TATL stewardess, I had quite a few letters, from all kinds of people, in my official file. Within a 2 yr span, I was rewarded with several promotions (seniority & raises). I was eventually promoted to "Head" of the committee for interviewing/hiring new cc personnel.

It's great if pax can take the time when they're extra pleased. Maybe things have changed since those days, but most certainly a :-: in the Performance files.
