I returned to LHR this weekend in long-haul CW. The crew (CSD and the two FAs serving my side of the cabin) were just excellent. Seriously. Not only were they efficiently thorough and thoughful with their service, all three had just wonderful dispositions and senses of humour and were just lovely people - and this reflected in the excellent job they did. We had several laughs and they were always right there with everything I needed.

As an aside, I wasn't used to the CSD serving alongside the FAs in CW, but he was right there the whole time with the rest of them. I found this a nice touch. I fly in CW sporadically, but has this changed lately?

Near landing, I asked the CSD for his name and those of his colleagues so that I could tell BA how wonderful they all were. He discreetly slipped them to me on a piece of paper a bit later.

I've already mentioned them all via www.britishairways.com/welldone, but I'm just wondering: is there another way to let BA know of how excellent these FAs are? Is there an address or office which I can write to? I gladly will if possible. They should be recognised accordingly.
