I just booked a ticket for later this week that goes like this:

LGA-DTW-AMS-CPH. The LGA-DTW leg was upgraded at ticketing, but I'm waitlisted on the overwater flight. Now, assuming that I don't get upgraded on the DTW-AMS flight, will I still qualify for three checked bags, by virtue of the upgraded domestic leg?
