Well, yes, you are right to a point. But these folks were really just wonderful. You surely agree that they could have been just as efficient and thorough, but had they not cared about their job as much it would have been a completely different experience, do you not?

I would really just like to reinforce this attitude as it is so important that in the face of lots of pressures to not like one's job, these folks are definitely exceptions.
