I am a Krisflyer novice having been in the region for a little over a year. I've accrued around 120k points in that time and wondering how best to redeem those points. The loyalty program redemption is quite confusing to me so any helps and hints for maximising the points would be appreciated. For example, is it best to redeem all points for a long haul biz flight, or buy economy then upgrade with points? How far in advance do you have to get the saver fare? What is Saver vs Standard etc?
