This is more of a strike on cc and union not liking ww and his management team!! I think the cc believe by going on long term strike it will force him out. So far with his merry band of "How can I help you" and leased planes he has done ok.
For those cc who decide to continue not to break the strike let them sign a better contract because as it stands they will get the same contract which is decided on after the next strike. Why should that be the case?? Also if ww said to people you can sign this contract if you want I wonder how many of them would.

People also have to remember that this is the 1st of many groups which are not happy with BA. Which will be the next group he decides to pick on? The "How can I help you" have shown that they are not needed in the job they do!! Dare I also suggest if he wants to hire cc at 10% above market rate then he should look at the Nigels who work at Virgin. I am sure many would jump at the chance and that would be huge cost saving!!

As I said this strike is about hatred to ww and cc being lead by a union with no common sense.
