In general yes, for some cities it offers really good deals, for others not so much.

Not really, I was a bit surprised to get a voucher for the hotel rather than an electronic booking though.

I quite like it as it tends to offer fewer but better hotels, saving me time to go though pages of places I have no interest in staying at.
