I liked their Business/First from Houston to Doha. Great service, comfortable ride, good seats, good food, and good entertainment system. I found the premium terminal in Doha to be a nice stopover while waiting on my connection to Dammam. No complaints.
The Qatar business class does vary flight to flight depending on the plane species. I had a 777 which was flat bed and superb service, but then on another leg of the journey an airbus with uncomfortable seats.
I say, check your plane type.@:-)
