The JAL reorg is turning into a farce. I still can't believe there are people who think JAL should become domestic-only. That's about the dumbest thing JAL could do. Japan's population is shrinking. Sure, let's focus exclusively on a market that is declining and pull out of growth areas like China. That makes business sense.
