Accessing Manage A Booking

I'm trying to access a booking for the end of this year. I can retrieve the booking OK but if I try to go into Seat Request or Passenger information I'm coming up with a blank screen. This is happening using IE or Firefox browsers. Is anyone else getting this or is it something at my end?
