I flew with KLM 777-200 last year. It was a short flight AMS-CAI only 3,5-4 hours but hell those economy seats were a pain in the *ss! They are rock hard! Your back is beginning to hurt after 2 hours and I was so happy that we landed after only 4 hours. The seat pitch is very tight too even Aer Lingus A320 had a better seat pitch . KLM's 777-200 economy class is absolutely NOT a pleasure too fly on.
