During CO's jump from SkyTeam to *A, both CO and DL were offering the other carrier's premium customers status matches. I took advantage of this and am now a Platinum Medallion through 1Q 2011. I suspect this is probably still available.

Process: Email [email protected]. They requested corroborating information, as I recall, and the process was quick and easy.

That said, I've flown Delta many times this year--partly because of the fact that I status-matched. My experiences on Delta only reaffirm my love for CO. Sadly, I can say the same about United. Hope the new United more closely resebmles the old CO--quality product all the way around--than the old United.
