Use ITA software searching for a fare to any airport within 300 miles of LHR, FRA, CPH, MAD, FCO, etc
Choose TUE/WED DATES to identify low fares initiatlly, then once you know what cities have the lowest fares, you can see if those low fares are available other days of the week too.
