There are no 5* airline, but also not a 1* airline. Truth being said, if you want to complain about something, there is always something to complain about.

Thanks for the info. I tend to agree that certainly in coach there is almost always something to complain about and often legitimately. That's where ambien comes in handy. I'll consider the economy comfort extortion. I'm six feet and have longish legs. It may be worth the price
