Many of us are happy with the service that KLM provides,the food onboard, the mid-flight service, personal TV screens with wide selection, etc.

Okay, the AF/KLM frequent flyer program sucks since April 2009 and you can always have a FA that is in a bad mood, but those kind of people are everywhere.
