Having flown a Y trip recently, I was actually pleasantly surprised. There were frequent food & drink services. The food was nothing special though, but edible. There are no 5* airline, but also not a 1* airline. Truth being said, if you want to complain about something, there is always something to complain about.

Economy comfort was very worth while! (Economy Comfort will cost €120 SFO-AMS, and 50% discount is given for Skyteam Elite Plus members and FB Gold members).
