A trip I booked to Europe last year when I was a UA 2P showed up with my status as *Silver on the LH BP, even though I was a 1P when I flew. Wasn't a big deal. Wasn't treated any differently. Just showed my BP and my UA 1P card at the lounge and was let right in.
