Dunno about the MoBay one but the one in Kingston unlike Admirals lounges clubs will admit all passengers holding a business class ticket (note most flights to KIN from say MIA are 2 class only, business and coach)
Lounge in KIN is small but run by a really nice CSR whose name I cannot recall.
