I "defected" from DL last year and so far I must say I think the AA product line is superior to Deta's in all areas (MRTC, domestic FC, meals, personnel) - except one. One anomaly of the AAdvantage program is that there is no provision for upgrading on codeshares. Any prospect of a change of policy on this? I would note that AA's route structure is not so strong internationally (to EU, Asia), so the codeshares are valuable. OK, I confess I use the EI codeshares - they are great not just to get to Ireland but for connections to other EU cities as well - much better than LHR (Ugh!!). Problem with this is that EI don't have MRTC, so C/J class would be so much nicer....
