You'll only have about three and half hours of down time between flights. Most shops, pubs, etc... will be closed during your layover. As you're an international transfer on both ends, you should be given a boarding pass for both flights at your initial check in and thusly will not be required to leave the terminal or have to travel to the transit desk. Your bags should be automatically switched/transfered to your ZUR flight without u having to do a thing.
During normal hours you could head up to the second floor outside of terminal A but since you're there during the overnight, you won't find anything there that couldn't be had while inside Terminal A.
The only 24 hour service that I can think of that's outside of the Terminal that may of interest to you is the DVD theater outside of Terminal A. It's basically a bunch of open aired cublices that allow you to rent&watch movies. It's not over priced and could kill a few hours for you.
4 hours, overnight in DME .... bring a few items with you to keep you occupied and just take the time to stretch your legs and enjoy being outside of a pressurized aliminum tube for awhile. Bring a electrical converter with you as well incase you want to re/charge something.
