This might help....No line at all 6 pm on a Monday; 1 person in "line" on a Wednesday 11 am. Also there are usually only about 2 or 3 non-EU persons flying in each aircraft, which need the stamp. But I recall the counter was also used for re-booking flights and as information center for all flights. Just plan accordingly and arrive, as suggested on Ryanair's WEB page 2 hours prior at the airport and you shouldn't have a problem.
