Angry How to alienate passengers saving on blankets

TG had the purple (in C) and golden (in F) blankets which were quite heavy and were constantly sliding down, but at least by requesting a second of these one could make kind of a "mattress" to endure the bone hard seats in C and in F.

Last night I was shocked to discover in F a golden extremely light synthetic blanket and when asking the FA if this was a joke she replied embarrassed that this was the new standard. One would expect this kind of product even not in Y. The C blankets are still purple and even smaller.

Tip for your future travels with TG: Bring a coat, you may be cold otherwise.

I really wonder who in the management chooses such products. This new blankets are a disgrace and make F class looking really poor. TG's target being among the worlds 5 best airlines and Asias 3 best looks quite unrealistic.

Enough is enough. I will now remove my custom from TG on long haul flights. They are still OK within Asia being punctual, safe and friendly, but for long haul they are just not matching the market standards anymore which for F are mattress and duvet (dreaming about the QF sheep wool mattress).
