I had to remember what my balance was to figure out that miles were deducted. Delta is much better in this respect. You can see changes in EQM from all sources.
So glad I'm keeping a spreadsheet this year, including separate columns for COS bonuses and Chase postings. Anytime I see that my EQM exceeds the spreadsheet sum, I check my .bomb Visa purchases to ensure that the previous month's value equals the EQM increase, and add it as an item in the Chase column. Sad that this kind of detailed manual tracking is even necessary.
