Call immediately! If you are definitely within the 72 hour window and there is U space, call before it gets snatched up. I would say approximately 5% of my upgrades get "stuck" and I have to call, but as long as you can confirm everything, they always handle it immediately on the phone.

. A little OT but when you call the MVPG line now it welcomes you to the "Valued member line" it then asks you to say or enter your MP number. Then it forwards you to a rep. No prompts to listen to.
