This hasn't happend to me yet. I'm on AS92 on Sunday ANC-SEA. Its 71 hours before departure (Alaska time). EF still lists U6, like it has been for the past few weeks, and no upgrade yet. Should I be calling or just keep waiting?
Call immediately! If you are definitely within the 72 hour window and there is U space, call before it gets snatched up. I would say approximately 5% of my upgrades get "stuck" and I have to call, but as long as you can confirm everything, they always handle it immediately on the phone.
