+1. Something very strange is going on. And on the top of that there is no specific column in the mileage account that specifically tracks EQM. There is no record of Chase miles changes for EQM. I had to remember what my balance was to figure out that miles were deducted. Delta is much better in this respect. You can see changes in EQM from all sources.
