Loyalty

Here is an example of why Frontier continues to earn my loyalty.

During a recent 9-day business trip to Chicago, a Client gave me several items that I needed to bring back to my office. As a result, when I showed up at MDW to check my bag, I was overweight by 15lbs. The ticket agent said the fee should be $75, but since I was only checking 1 bag and was a Summit flyer, he would waive the fee. In addition, I forgot to check-in online the night before. No worries as the agent switched my seat up into the new stretch seating zone.

I really appreciate Frontier. The agent could have just as easily made me pay the $75 fee. He could have kept me in my original seat assignment. But, he made a judgement call that valued my business. As a former United 1K, this is just one example of why I switched my business to Frontier several years ago. They take care of me.

So, how has Frontier earned your loyalty? I know I'm looking forward to trying those Midwest cookies sometime this summer!
