I've been Diamond for 13 years & recently did a status match to SPG (thanks again to all my FT'er buddies for help with that)...

So far, the SPG telephone support has been OUTSTANDING. As far as upgrades are concerned with HH, it's hit or miss as some have already pointed out. I am stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Tuesday night, & as always I was upgraded to a junior suite....
