ryanair accepted travel ID
Although it is difficult to find, there is a part of terms and conditions of travel on the Ryanair site-page 2 of 13-which states that a valid identity card issued by the UK is a valid form of ID on a Ryanair flight within the EU.This does not appear on some of its other pages and you need to log into a specific link.I have not used one to travel but noted a letter in the travel section of last week's Sunday Times where a guy did say he often used one to travel. Why don't Ryanair get their act together and give the same info on all parts of their site? They also now don't record your passport number on your printout-WHY all the previous fuss re matching numbers when they don't ask now?Have they been ticked off because of data protection as tickets are left lying around??
