Stayed there for the first time as I needed SPG credits and it was cheaper than our corporate rates at other properties. My experience was identical to yours, and you've summarised my thoughts exactly. I'd add that the carpets desperately need replacing - they were gross. Having read reviews of this property I didn't go in with very many expectations, simply a 'chore' I had to perform to top up my SPG stay credits - given it's a lot cheaper than the extremely overpriced St Regis. Had I been the one paying I'd have been rather reluctant to stay here.

Dear Starwood - can we please please have more choices in SIN???? A W on the mainland would be nice.
