My wife and I both PLT picked up a terrific Netsaver from ORD to LHR. Left Chicago on 4/11/02 on AA90 wonderful flight in coach great service friendly cabin crew and a Purser who kept us up to date. Returned on AA87 on the 15th. Unreal differences not one annoucment fromt the purser (no time of movies or anything). Service was professional with not one simple word or smile.
