Sounds like I'm not alone on this issue.
What I don't understand is why it takes so long even after I sent them the ticket receipt and boarding pass as proof. How much research do they need to do? And what happens if after four months I don't hear anything? Do I inquire again, only to get a response telling me I waited too long?
