A nice touch for a new Diamond
I just checked into my Hampton Inn room, the first stay since I finally made Diamond. The staff had left a personal congratulatory note signed by what looks like everyone on staff.
Is this something that is SOP at Hilton hotels, congrats to new Diamonds? It is great customer service. It makes me feel wanted and appreciated. It required forward thinking as it was in my room and ready when I arrived and included some chocolates.
Good job Hampton Inn!
