i put one on excel for me and my wife about 15 or 20 years ago. all that changes are the sizes, and the number of meds.

it is sort of nice to print out copies for each of us, to x off each item as it gets moved, and to print on the bottom of the hard copy new items to add.

not very cool compared to current aps, but it is most workable.
