If it helps any, you're not alone. I flew Air New Zealand back in late Feb. / early March (LAX -> LHR), and while I received the outbound miles no problem, I've yet to receive the return mileage. I've spoken to Continental about 4 times now. First time the request was submitted incorrectly with the wrong service class code.....class "S" I believe (which doesn't qualify for miles). I however was in Premium Economy, so I know this class qualifies for miles. When they attempted to re-submit it, they got a system error.......it was rejecting the updated class of service, so now they're saying it's a system issue that could take 6-8 weeks to resolve. On each occassion though....the Onepass reps have been very helpful. On my last call I explained to them that this missing mileage would push me to Gold Elite, so she went ahead and comped me Gold for 2 months in hopes the situation would resolve itself.
