Thanks everybody for the responses. I followed HereAndThereSC's advice and I think this was the problem in the past. My LH reservations have always been in the name of Mr. FirstName MiddleName LastName, whereas my UAMP account was always Mr. FirstName MiddleInitial LastName. I had UAMP change my name to match the LH reservation and it did the trick this afternoon.
