I've got to respectfully disagree with the view that 10C is best. IIRC, the distance between rows 9 and 10 is about the same as all other MRTC pitch. Correct me if I'm wrong, but 9B,C,D and E have LOTS of legroom, and while row 10 is technically an exit row, its spacing is rather tight. Is row 10 really that spacious? I don't remember it being all that special. 10A and 10F have more room, but you share the space with the bulge on the door (emergency slide/raft). Or am I just not remembering properly? (always a very real possibility. )

Compare the legroom in rows 16 and 17 to row 10 and I think you'll agree. Sure, row 9 has lots of room, but invariably it's shared with people milling about to use the lav.
