I've booked a Qualiflyer award flight on AA metal. Early June I will fly LAX-OGG on AA161 in Y-class. I presume the aircraft is a 757. What is your experience these days with the 757 of AA? Your comments are most welcome.

From previous postings I understand that on the 757 seats 10A or 10F are the best in Y-class, as they have no seat in front of them. Can anybody advise how to reserve one of these seats?

I've also booked OGG-ORD on AA82. The flight leaves Hawaii at 23:04 hrs and arrives the next day in Chicago at 14:14 hrs. I like the best possibility to sleep so I booked in F. Front seats in F on the 757 are close to the galley (1E + 1F) and restrooms (1A + 1B). Can anybody advise?
