To OGG this is the case. To HNL there is still the non-stop 767 with the BF-ish service.

You're pretty much screwed on both counts. You cannot get the records combined and if you are pulling miles from a non-elite account they aren't entitled to elite zone seating. You can try to search for the reservations while logged in as yourself and see if you can import them and assign seats, but CO has been pretty effective at closing that hole. Otherwise it is OLCI at T-24 and hope for the best.
