The Grand Club Lounge in the Terrace (back) Wing has opened. As such, Diamonds who usually get upgraded to a Grand Deluxe (suite, in my book) in the Front Tower, will now get regular Grand Room in the Terrace Wing Club Floor (15th Floor).

I will miss the extra space in the Grand Deluxe rooms, but I like the LCD TV in the Grand room better than the ancient B&O TV.

I just wish they would upgrade their toiletries, at least for the Club rooms/Suites.

By the way, the arrival/check in process where guests are greeted as soon as they step out of the car, escorting to room and in-room check-in is FABULOUS.
