I have found the service OK at the hotel. But the wait at the front desk was way too long... and they weren't using the SPG priority line.
The upgrades they give are to the 5th floor and OK, but certainly they fall short of the "best room available".
Charging for internet in the lounge is a joke! Who's idea was that anyway? I hope this problem is solved now that we have free internet.
Besides being overpriced, and needing a bit of renos, the hotel is OK.>>> The funny thing is that a little change in their approach to SPG and benefits could go a long way to an acceptable rating. Why they refuse to acknowledge this confuses me.
