Do you have experience doing this? Or at least care to state your source? Two agents have now told me told me otherwise. Of course they could be wrong... (i've encountered a number of GS agents not fully versed in the rules). And it would help if the rule was actually written somewhere to see.
And does this only work if there is NF space available @ 120hr? If it goes to airport control is there any chance at upgrade?
