Hi Dilly,
I did look at it recently for a trip this fall.

No. Your interactive route map shows PDX-ORD as a codeshare route with AA, but it's not bookable on ba.com.

Adding in the cost of a PDX-SEA connection negated the savings for a flight+hotel package starting in SEA instead of PDX, so I didn't look beyond the first page of results after seeing the prices.

See #1.

I liked that there was the option to choose different dates for the hotel than the dates for the flights.

orbitz.com, just to name one I've used in the past.

"More options" on the selection page states: "Choose flight + hotel or flight + car to book combinations of flights, hotels, cars, transfers, experiences. The booking process will offer additional products. e.g. additional hotels, cars, transfers and experiences," but the multi-city journey option disappears as soon as you select "Flight + hotel". It would appear that I couldn't book a flight into London, back from Rome, then see which hotels you offer in London, Amsterdam, and Rome.
A simple link to a "Customize Your Journey" page to plot open-jaw flights plus hotels in multiple cities would be far more user-friendly, and shouldn't be all that difficult to program. If something like this already exists, I couldn't find it after a few attempts to bring it up.
