And as long as people look at a menu, see a price, then pay that price, and finally complain about the price they pay, they can continue to charge that price.
And if you don't like the way the food is prepared - send it back.
If you don't like the service, speak with the manager.
But as long as people direct their complaints to a blog where nothing will be done about it and not to the provider of that service, they will continue to provide that service.
