Thanks for the help so far.

Been talking with Delta. They agree she cannot fly the current reservation due to the MSP to ANC leg being their last flight of the day.

So they gave me the option of changing to a 7:00am PIT departure to MSP arriving in ANC about noon. Sounds really good. My problem will be getting someone to drive her the two hours to PIT (my problem not Delta's), so with thier rules of checking in 2 hours prior to departure that leaves her leaving home about 3:00am. Personally I think that is great no traffic in PIT.

The second option is leave PIT at 9:42am to ATL (3+ hour layover) arriving in ANC at 6:30pm. This flight falls into the last flight of the day as well but it is the only flight of the day so the rule doesn't apply. This option seems most feasible. Either way Delta has said nothing about charging me the difference in flight costs.

Since her mom and I are on the ANC end, I can't change the flights until we get a commitment from someone on her end bringing her to PIT.
