I have booked a flight between PIT and ANC for my step daughter. When I booked the flights they were with one stop in DTW. I had to move her to an earlier flight in the day because the one I chose from DTW to ANC was the last flight of the day and you can't have an unaccompanied minor on the last flight of the day.

So today I get an update on her itinerary and they changed her flights from DTW to ANC; to DTW to MSP to ANC. Which leaves her only 45 minutes between flights in MSP; short connection but she should be fine. The main concern I have is now the MSP to ANC leg is the last flight of the day. When she goes to check in PIT (Her mom and I are in ANC) are they going to deny her boarding? Do I call Delta and point this out? Do I have a leg to stand on if they make me change her to an earlier flight so that she isn't flying the last flight of the day out of MSP; there is a HUGE cost difference in these flights versus the one I booked?
