If you listen to the radio you will be convinced that the people in Dallas are DUMB.

"Departures from A gates are from the A Terminal. Departures from B gates are from the B Terminal...." This is leftover from the days when AA had 2E and 3E (now A and C) and the gates were numbered 1-39.

You can check aa.com with your flight number for the departure gate.

The WORST place to check in is A25-39. I like A16-24 as a short-lined counter.
