Yes, I purchased the ticket from LH.com and the IAH to FRA flight has a LH flight number (7600), but is operated by Continental as flight 46. It does show up in my co.com account with a Continental confirmation number and flight 46 is listed as M fare class. When I tried to upgrade on-line everything seemed to go smoothly, but the miles were never deducted nor my credit card charged the co-pay. I'm calling the Plat line again to see what the status is.
