That's a highly debatable claim.
Nevertheless, if you are interested in a new experience, go with AC.
On the other hand, if you are interested in fewer hassles, go with DL as you will only have to clear security once each way. With AC, you have to clear security twice both ways with longer connect times, and on your way home you have to pre-clear US customs at much more crowded YYZ.
